Department: US10 Supply Chain & Procurement (50015851) Job Family: Value Chain To strengthen our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a:-- SENIOR SOURCING SPECIALIST POSITION SUMMARY:

Execute sourcing strategies to support SICPA's acquisition of products and services with efficiency and within specifications.
-- KEY AREAS OF RESPONSABILITIES:
--

• RFP Coordination and Negotiation / Contract Management with strategic suppliers. Conducts negotiations with suppliers to secure quality consistency and supply chain reliability including contract preparation and approval from legal and internal stakeholders.
• Supplier Performance Management. Implements company's metrics and supplier corrective actions.
• Supplier identification. Defines potential suppliers in collaboration with the technical team; establishes pre-qualification criteria and performs supplier audits as part of the selection process.
• Category Spend Analysis including cost savings opportunities
• Market analysis.
  COMPETENCIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS :
  --
  • Minimum five years of experience working in sourcing, contract negotiations and procurement.--
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and multi-disciplinary activities.
  • Proven team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills between suppliers, management and peers.
  • Advanced SAP user or equivalent ERP system.
  • Advanced Level user of MS Excel.
  • Time management.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and reporting skills.
    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    --
    • BA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Finance or similar field.
    • ISM, CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) desirable
