The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and strategic consultant to fuel operational excellence in the PRT Operations organization, lead critical initiatives including our platform replacement, and align operations capabilities with enterprise goals. As a key member of the PRT Operations team, you will shape short- and long-term strategies, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive results. The Team The PRT team offers plan sponsors and pension plan professionals confidence by helping ensure their fiduciary duties and pension obligations are satisfied. The Impact - Serve as the business owner for the Admin Conversion Project, driving successful execution and stakeholder engagement. - Analyze and report on operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and costs to inform strategic decisions. - Enhance and deliver operational reporting and performance metrics to support transparency and accountability. - Champion a culture of strong customer service, innovation, continuous improvement, and change management across the organization. - Identify and lead opportunities to leverage AI, Robotics, Global Business Services, and Process Automation to optimize operations. - Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company and regulatory standards. - Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex business challenges - Apply project management best practices to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives. The Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED/HiSET - 7 years’ experience in Financial Services or Operations - 2 years of project management experience - 2 years of experience building and executing on long-term strategies or initiatives. The Ideal Qualifications: - Bachelor’s, advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred - Analysis and reporting of operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and operating cost effectiveness - Enhance and deliver operational reporting metrics - Drive culture of change and continuous improvement - Identify and lead opportunities to optimize AI, Robotics, Global Business Services, and Process Automation - Address complex business goals that may have enterprise impacts - Manage concurrent projects - Accountable to manage and monitor project tasks and controls during project planning and delivery activities to be on time and budget - Work with a high degree of autonomy and apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentation - Proven leadership experience in business analysis, operations, or related fields. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Work with a high degree of autonomy and apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, communications and presentations - Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. - Knowledge of emerging trends in AI and data analytics is highly desirable. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
