Job Description:

MHA is hiring immediately for a Front Desk Administrative Assistant. The Front Desk Administrative Assistant will provide administrative assistance as needed and directed to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
Front Desk Administrative Assistant Position's Essential Functions

Provide administrative and clerical support as assignedResponsive to the needs of all MHA divisionsAct as back-up receptionist and perform front desk duties such as greeting all staff and visitors in a polite and professional manner, answering and routing incoming calls, processing and distributing mail, and performing opening and closing procedures within the reception areaRespond to inquiries from employees, outside agencies, and clientsMaintain professionalism and confidentiality which if disclosed, would have significant ramificationsDatabase entry of client and staff informationCreate and maintain electronic health record accounts for new staffPrepare materials for Human Rights CommitteeAssist in the oversight of agency administrative files and mailing listsPerform other administrative duties such as copying , filing and scanningResponsible for the archival of agency and client recordsOther tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Assistant or members of the Leadership Team as neededFront Desk Administrative Assistant Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Abilities
