Job Description:
Overview: The Seasonal Scheduling Coordinator is the heartbeat
behind a smooth, energetic park operation. This role brings
strategy, organization, and leadership together to ensure the right
people are in the right place at the right time. By balancing
staffing needs, labor goals, and team member availability, the
Operations Scheduler helps drive unforgettable guest experiences

action. Responsibilities: What You Will Be Doing Oversee all
aspects of Operations scheduling to support daily park needs.
Create, edit, and maintain Operations schedules up to three weeks
in advance. Maintain and monitor scheduling, labor tracking, and
attendance systems. Assist Park and Operations Leadership with
strategic planning, labor forecasting, and fiscal management.
Communicate staffing needs, shortages, and adjustments with
department leadership regularly. Review and approve team member
time-off requests, availability changes, and shift swaps. Work
directly with team members to resolve scheduling conflicts and
availability concerns. Support the onboarding process by scheduling
trainings and coordinating trainer availability. Ensure
international team members (J1 and H2B) meet required weekly hours
and communicate concerns to leadership. Work with supervisors to
ensure proper staffing for work crews and special assignments.
Monitor leave of absences, two-week notices, and immediate
separations to ensure accurate scheduling. Maintain an updated list
of no-call/no-show or inactive team members. Assist department
leadership with correcting and approving timecards and ensuring
proper labor coding. Ensure team members are assigned to the
correct home location for compliance. Maintain a clean, organized,
and professional work environment. Perform additional duties as
assigned to support park operations. How You Will Do It Multi-task
effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Actively
monitor projected and budgeted attendance and adjust staffing
levels for high- and low-demand days. Complete regular reports on
labor spend, scheduling efficiency, and staffing levels. Track
compliance with labor standards, company policies, and scheduling
requirements. Collaborate with supervisors and managers to identify
staffing gaps and implement solutions. Facilitate immediate
corrective action related to attendance or scheduling concerns.
Ensure accurate recordkeeping, filing, and documentation related to
scheduling and labor. Communicate clearly and frequently with
leadership and team members. Lead by example with a positive
attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational habits.

Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Driver’s License. Prior
experience within Six Flags – preferred . Leadership experience in
theme park operations – preferred . Strong communication,
organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Proficiency
in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and related
reporting tools. Ability to maintain accurate written records and
handle confidential information. Strong attention to detail with
the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Professional,
positive, self-motivated, and able to lead by example. Strong
teamwork skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and
holidays.
