SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a Legal Administrative Assistant (Floater) for a top-rated law firm to be based in the Boston office. This position is hybrid. What You'll Do: This position will generate, prepare and organize documents and forms requisite to the practice area; assist with filings and trial preparation. This position will cover for other Legal Administrative Assistants that are out of the office, and may be asked to proofread and create documents, manage timekeeper’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings; and enter, edit and post time daily for partners utilizing Aderant Expert. What You'll Bring: Qualified individuals will have 2 years of legal experience. Candidates must have excellent organizational, word processing, time-management, and problem-solving skills. A self-starter with flexibility and great communication skills will thrive in this dynamic team-oriented environment.
