Job Description:

Owners project management firm is seeking project managers with experience managing the design and construction of large university projects, such as dormitories, athletic facilities, student centers, and academic buildings. Candidates must have experience successfully: Managing design and construction projects on behalf of a university as either an employee or a consultant, Managing the design, construction, and occupancy of at least one project with a value of over $50 million, Preparing, tracking, and managing budgets and schedules, Managing projects in a multi-stakeholder, demanding end user environment Managing multiple projects concurrently Additional consideration will be given to candidates with more extensive experience managing projects for institutional owners and to candidates with experience managing projects over $100 million. Candidates’ resumes should include information about individual projects, including the scope of the project, the candidate’s role on the project, and the project’s dollar value.
