Job Description:
This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S.
without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the
future. This role is an Onsite position located at 1021 Highbridge
Road Schenectady, NY 12303.

This opportunity includes a 12-week mandatory onsite paid training
program. The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday from
11:00am-7:30pm with Sunday and Mondays off. Once training is
completed, you will move into an assigned shift you have selected
at the offer stage. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour. We also offer
a $0.75 shift differential for any shifts starting at 11 AM or
later. This also includes during your training program.

on our billing team. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required
Qualifications - Education: High school diploma or equivalent -
Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights,
weekends, and holidays - Language: Ability to read, write, speak
and understand English Preferred Qualifications - Experience: 6
months of customer service experience; 6 months of experience
working with computers and software applications; previous work in
cable operations or a telecommunications call center - Technical
Skills: MS Office, computer skills, typing - Skills: Communication,
organization, time management, problem-solving, efficient,
multi-tasking, customer service - Abilities: Dependable, courteous,
enthusiastic, empathetic, results-driven, professional, resilient

position generally is between $20.00 and $27.80. The actual
compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of
