My Email Job Description QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Central Berkshire Regional School District seeks a dynamic, articulate, results-oriented leader with a clear vision of middle--school education. The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to standards-based curriculum and an understanding of how research-based models of middle school reform, instruction and assessment practices increase student achievement. They must also exhibit the ability to:
  • Improve instruction for students through use of systematic assessment, and collection and analysis of data.
  • Collaborate with and evaluate professional staff.
  • Integrate technology into instruction.
  • Work effectively with the Administrative team.
  • Work with families, community members and organizations.
  • Develop, prioritize and manage a school budget.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively through multiple mediums.
  • Foster an inclusive school environment. Applicants must be Massachusetts certified/certifiable and must have previous successful administrative experience. CONTRACT/SALARY: Multi-year administrative contract with salary to be negotiated. ANTICIPATED STARTING DATE: August 1, 2021.
