Job Description:

Lincoln Tech's East Windsor, CT campus is looking for experienced Welders to bring their skills to our students. No teaching experience is necessary! Lincoln Tech has transitioned welders without any teaching background into successful, effective educators. You will be fully supported every step of the way with ongoing training and the tools needed to confidently conduct our curriculum. What You'll Do

• Lead students in welding lessons based on Lincoln Tech's established curriculum
• Demonstrate welding techniques in our fully equipped facility
• Provide instruction in a focused and engaged learning environment
• Instruct students about safety and monitor their compliance
• Evaluate student performance and provide encouragement towards success
• Report to Director of Education Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of field experience
  • AWS Certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • A good understanding of the welding industry to include GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW
  • Plasma is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED Preferred
    • Associate degree or higher
    • Instructor and/or mentoring experience
