Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Located in
Brockton, MA, this full-time contract position offers a dynamic
opportunity to provide Speech-Language Pathology services within
K-12 schools. The role is ideal for licensed Speech-Language
Pathologists (SLPs) holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence
(CCC), with a caseload spanning all grade levels. Spanish and
Portuguese bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language,
communication, and swallowing disorders in students from
kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's
needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary
teams to support student progress. Supervise Speech-Language
Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
candidates, providing guidance and mentorship. Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with state and federal regulations related
to special education. Preferred Qualifications: Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. At least 3
years of experience working in school settings. Ability to
supervise SLPAs and CFYs. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and
Portuguese is highly valued. New graduates are welcome to apply.
