Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
in Providence, RI is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) for a school-year (CSY) contract position. This role is ideal
for an SLP with certification in the schools setting, including the
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), who is passionate about
supporting students communication development. Key Qualifications:
Valid licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) in a school setting Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
preferred Experience working with K-12 students across a variety of
speech and language disorders Strong knowledge of school-based
therapy protocols and individualized education programs (IEPs)
Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators,
students, and families Location: Providence, Rhode Island Position
Type: Contract, covering the current school year (CSY)
Responsibilities: Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations
to identify students speech and language needs Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational
goals Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and
language impairments Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and
families to support student progress Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with state and federal guidelines This
