          We are searching for an Associate Chief Engineer (ACE) to join our Springfield, VA team. Be part of building a Modernized System to include new and innovative architecture/application solutions serving a growing customer mission set!
          
          This job opening is for an ACE to support a major MSC program. Responsibilities include schedule and technical product performance as a member of the DevSecOps Product Leadership Team (PLT). The ACE provides technical coordination and communication across Lockheed Martin, the Government, the SI and Subcontractors daily. This position involves leading all aspects of (partnering with the Chief Engineer) the Agile Development rhythms, supporting milestone reviews, identifying/mitigating/implementing risks and opportunities, performing Increment planning, and working across the program's Agile teams to define technical content and develop/deliver/maintain products.
          The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Operations Manager and Chief Architect to set engineering direction, accomplish/maintain deliveries and provide leadership to the program.
          Basic Qualifications:
          --- Strong Systems Engineering tool set
          --- Infrastructure Service Provider (ISP) and Application Service Provider (ASP) experience using Agile development methodologies and associated business rhythms on a DevSecOps program
          --- Cloud development/migration knowledge
          --- GEOINT community background
          --- Active, current TS/SCI
          Desired Skills:
          --- Complimentary technical background in software engineering or systems administration skills
          --- Certifications - CISSP or Security+ or AWS
          --- Experience taking a product through an Agile development process, deploying it into operations and maintaining it
          --- Must be able to drive and energize a team of multiple skills and job disciplines
          --- Ability to work well with, as well as lead, virtual team members (LM, Sub, Customer, SI), includes serving as a key technical interface to Government at the customer site
          --- Familiarity with ICD-503 Security Accreditation processes
