Our client in the metal surfacing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting operations. The ideal candidate will have Production and Machine Shop experience and a mechanical aptitude. Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Location: Kingston, NY Pay Range: $20 per hour Introduction: - Shift is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm, your weekends are free. - Temp to perm based on performance and attendance. - Excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and prove yourself. - Good starting pay with room for advancement. What you will be doing: - Oxygen Cleaning procedures to remove contaminates from stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other materials. -Electropolishing to remove the outer layer on metal parts to address microscopic imperfections within the finish. - Final inspection of the cleaned parts and packaging in a Cleanroom environment. - Assist in warehouse duties such as shipping and receiving as needed.
