for a Hourly Lube Technician or Hourly Advanced Technician to join
our Nissan 24 team in Brockton. Full Time and Part Time positions
available Wage based on experience, $20-$30 Nissan 24 of Brockton

on products and services Position Summary: The Hourly Lube
Technician is mainly responsible for the lube, oil, and filter
duties of vehicles assigned to them by service management or their
designated representatives. Repairs must be done in accordance with
factory and dealership specifications and time standards. Ensures
that repairs are performed correctly and efficiently, and that the
dealership’s service department maintains a consistently high level
of safety and customer satisfaction that is consistent with Route
24 Auto Group’s core philosophies, principles, and values. The
Express/Lube Technician will be held accountable to: Ensure that
all company policies, procedures, programs, and strategies are
followed and executed effectively. Implement effectively all the
duties, responsibilities, and requirements outlined in this job
description. Set a professional standard that always reflects
favorably on The Company. Reports any situation or condition that
would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the
dealership, its customers, or employees to management. Principal
Duties And Responsibilities: Adheres to express lube guidelines.
Performs safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication work, and
basic maintenance as directed. Replenishes supplies as requested by
technicians or service manager. Installs completed oil change
reminder sticker in vehicle. Check battery, tire air pressure,
windshield fluid, transmission fluid and power steering fluid
levels and refills as needed. Check coolant level and refill as
necessary. Ensure vehicle is clean and free of fluid residue or
fingerprints. Checks fluid level prior to release of vehicle to
ensure proper levels. Maintains Customer Satisfaction scores at or
above Company standards. complete all work according to the
applicable safety requirements and published procedures by
manufacturer and dealership. Notifies management of any
difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being
performed or cause a change in the promised time. Properly use the
special tools and equipment provided by the service department.
Produce quality work that evidence excellence resulting in scores
at or above the district average as measured by monthly
manufacturer customer satisfaction reporting. Ensure that customer
vehicles you work on are returned to consumer cleaner than they
were prior to being serviced. Picks up parts from the parts
department as directed by technicians. Responsible for sweeping the
shop and emptying trash daily. Participates in
manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
Achieve or exceed production schedules and individual efficiency
benchmark set by management. Report to management any situation or
condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity
of the dealership, its customers or employees. Maintains and is
accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns
them to the proper place and in the same condition as they were
received Maintains and wears all required safety and health
personal protective equipment in the manner recommended by the
equipment manufacturer. Understands, keeps abreast of and complies
with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop
operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know
etc. Other tasks as assigned. Certificates/Licenses : Manufacturer
Recommended Certification and Training General knowledge of vehicle
mechanical operations. Valid driver’s license with acceptable
driving record Physical Demands: SEDENTARY (requires sitting 70%,
standing or walking 30% Occasional carrying of small objects) ___
