Experience: 5 years solid hands-on time in residential heat & cooling service. Must-Have Skill Sets: Strong diagnostics and the confidence to educate homeowners without selling them junk they don't need. Work Ethic: Takes pride in quality work, stays ethical, and is ready to stick with a shop that invests in your future. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems correctly. Deliver honest, solution-based recommendations keep the customer happy, not the corporate bean counters.
