direction for our most complex products. You’ll be the
organization’s top electrical engineering authority, trusted to
solve problems no one else can, and to make high impact design
decisions that shape our technology roadmap. You’ll lead by
example, mentoring a team of talented engineers, raising the
technical bar, and ensuring every design meets the highest
standards of performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Your
deep expertise in RF, mixed-signal, digital, and low-noise PCB
design will guide the development of systems that push the
boundaries of innovation and deliver exceptional value to our
customers. If you excel at seeing the big picture while diving into
the most intricate technical challenges, and you’re also ready to

products, workflows, and hardware development roadmap. Participate
in product builds at Contract Manufacturing partners and observe at
least one customer installation. Provide initial peer review
feedback on active hardware designs, highlighting top technical
risks. Within 3 months, you will: Become recognized as the primary
technical authority for complex electrical engineering challenges.
Lead design work on high-priority projects, delivering solutions to
critical technical problems. Partner with quality and manufacturing
to improve product yield and reliability through targeted design
changes. Conduct and lead schematic and printed circuit board
design reviews, reducing production risk. Ensure product
requirements are consistently met without costly late-stage
changes. By the end of the first year, you will: Set and maintain
technical standards for electrical engineering across all projects.
Deliver measurable contributions to key program milestones and the
technology roadmap. Implement at least two process or tool
improvements that shorten design cycles or improve product quality.
Mentor and coach team members, raising overall technical
capability. Close identified gaps in design-for-manufacturing,
design-for-test, and design-for-serviceability practices, reducing
lifecycle costs. The Work: What type of work will you be doing?

for assigned projects. Hands-on design of electronics that
successfully integrate with electromechanical and software
subsystems. Mastery in contemporary tools for simulation, CAD,
analysis, and documentation. Contribute to detailed electrical and
firmware design, including analog, digital, power supply, power
electronics, timing and PLLs, and low-noise PCB design. Create and
maintain test protocols for design verification and validation
activities as required. Oversee the execution of testing to
prescribed protocols, documenting results and creating final
reports for assigned projects. Create and maintain a traceability
matrix between requirements, design, specifications, and testing
for assigned projects. Work with the Product Management team to
define and execute system integration activities and usability
studies within projects. Prepare, present, and participate in
comprehensive technical and/or design reviews. What is the
