Ability to govern, educate and shepherd technical currency projects working with our Financial areas, Project Managers, and Project Initiators. Facilitate and ensure governance to prescribed processes and meeting deadlines for financial and reporting requirements Facilitate TS & R Steering Committee meetings inclusive of preparing and delivering information, collaboratively working with delivery leads. What your days and weeks will include. Ensure financial balancing to annual budgets and the oversight of approved spend vs. forecasts vs actual spend. Facilitating the process of initiation for discretionary projects through the Planning and Prioritization and Governance Board forums. System set up of approved projects Reviewing of financial data with project managers to ensure compliance and identifying potential issues. Working collaboratively with Finance, Governing bodies and other Portfolio The skills that make you a great fit.
