Job Description: Overview:-- Our Senior Director, Strategic Services consults with our clients and the corresponding--HelloWorld--account teams to plan promotion marketing strategies and concepts, analyze and measure the effectiveness of programs (ROI, sales, and web metric analysis), provide marketing support and strategy to program executions through industry expertise. Description--&--Responsibilities:--

• Managing members of the strategy team--
• Collaborating with the client development teams to develop and write campaign strategies--
• Leading the concept and ideation process--
• Coordinating and facilitating scoping meetings--
• Acts as a promotions industry expert in social, mobile and online channels--
• Analyzing existing programs, and developing ROI analyses
• Actively contributing to new product and service development-- Qualifications:
  • 8-12 years of marketing experience with a focus of developing and implementing strategic programs--
  • Experience with interactive or integrated marketing campaigns, including social, mobile and digital--
  • Ability to translate client needs and expectations into innovating, strategic solutions--
  • Excellent problem solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills--
  • Excellent communication skills including inter-personal, writing and speaking--
