• Publish monthly forecasts and detailed analytics that will drive discussions regarding changes in views and related financial impact
• Develop/manage IT's Budget and Business Plan by developing and facilitating forecast/budgeting processes and tools
• Prepare progress, budget and other reports for upper management
• Ensuring risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
• Manage IT expenses and capital spend.
• Oversee all IT asset and inventory management.
• Assume full accountability for month-end activities and furnish IT team with analysis discussing variances to Forecast or Budget
• Support business partners on financial matters including in-depth analysis of business cases and financial modeling
• Develop, maintain and monitor financial policies for IT functions
• Assist in developing metrics/benchmarks to measure key initiatives and support real-time business decisions
• Provide critical analytical support on strategic decisions
• Lead financial reviews for IT Capital requests and making recommendations on each proposal based on robust NPV and ROI analysis
• Provide analytics/reporting monthly around key cost savings initiatives
• Oversee billing and allocation to business units
• Review supplier invoices and managing discrepancies
• Perform contract negotiation and contract management for both IT Partners
• Provide support for all key contract negotiations
• Provide support in the QBR with suppliers as it pertains to the commercial aspects of contracts.
• Provide procurement support and oversite for all technology acquisition
• Interface with key internal stakeholders to ensure that IT operations meets the quality requirements
• Measure, track and report on key metrics, KPIs
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with IT service owners, project sponsors and business clients; track client satisfaction; and develop applicable improvements.--
• Ensure effective and open communication occurs from service delivery to project delivery (e.g. planned downtime, changes, open tickets, service status)
• Manage expectations of multiple business stakeholders; provide points of contact; and serve as a bridge between IT and the business.
• Ownership of the service catalog and using knowledge of the service offerings to leverage existing IT solutions to offer innovative solutions to our businesses.
• Work collaboratively with business to define and prioritize technology initiatives. Lead initiatives to assist clients in achieving business goals and objectives as well as creating business value.
• Define and report key service metrics; act as an escalation point for major issues with aspects of service delivery; and work with service owners to develop and monitor service improvement plans.
• Ensure project teams provide regular reports regarding project status, issues and changes to customers; and make certain project requirements are understood, documented and approved by all stakeholders.
• Assist in developing an IT strategic plan/roadmap that maps to business strategies through an understanding of the client's needs.
• Provide clear communication regarding business project governance processes; assist clients in developing proposals and advance proposals through the project intake and assessment process.
• Assist in conducting research on software and hardware products and participate in the QA of purchased solutions.
• Provide support, empowerment, coaching, development, and effective leadership to the IT Business Management Team
• Being available to provide guidance and support on critical issues affecting the business and employees Your Profile Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems; MBA preferred
  • Functional expertise in financial controlling, general ledger accounting, accounts receivable/accounts payable, opex/capex, and fixed assets
  • 10+ years of experience in information systems with experience leading and managing departments and initiatives
  • Broad understanding of business needs and ability to connect with senior leadership to understand organizational needs
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully navigate change and lead people through transition
