Ideal Nurse Manager role for an emerging Assistant Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse looking to move into Nurse Management! Responsibilities of the RN Nurse Manager Medical Oncology

Supervise oncology nursing staff and oversee daily operations
Train and mentor new Oncology RNs
Lead by example with expert oncology, cancer treatment nursing techniques
Maintain proper oncology and medical surgical nurse staffing
Ensure compliance throughout oncology floor
Create unique patient cancer care plans, administer treatments such as radiation and chemotherapy
Communicate with patients and families kindly and respectfully
Share care plans in a clear, easily comprehensible way Requirements for the RN Nurse Manager Medical Oncology
- BSN Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
  - MSN Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
  - 3+ years inpatient oncology nursing experience required
  - Nurse leadership experience
  - National certification preferred
  - ACLS preferred
  - CPR and BLS
  - Current RN Nursing license in the state of Massachusetts Why You'll Love It:
