months. -CMD Technology Group (CMD), based in East Longmeadow, MA
is looking to find a highly motivated person that would enjoy a
role that has a wide variety of activities and opportunities for
commissions. A hard-working and successful candidate can
significantly increase their earnings with generous incentives.
-The position has two major roles, Business Development
Professional (BDP) and Inside Account Manager (IAM), which are
described below. These are the two most important setoff skills to
assure a successful professional sales career. -This is an entry
level sales position. A high school degree is required and a
college degree preferred. The candidate's ambition, drive, desire
to succeed and to help other people is more important than
technical experience or expertise although that is also helpful.
This position offers room for advancement in a company where your
hard work is recognized and appreciated. -Business Development
Professional Job Description -CMD is looking for a bright,
articulate, outgoing person with excellent writing skills. The
person will make 40 to 60 outgoing phone calls as well as 30 to 100
emails to businesses in the half of the day that will be dedicated
to this part of their role. The goal is to obtain 10 to 20 quality
appointments for our sellers each month, register 30 attendees for
one of our company events or a combination of both. -If successful,
the Business Development Professional can be promoted to a Sales
Professional after one to one and a half highly successful years in
the BD/ IAM role.Inside Account Manager Job Description -The other
half of the day will be performing as an Inside Account Manager
(IAM) that supports one or more outside sales reps by producing
quotes, purchasing products, taking phone calls, co-coordinating
service for the customer and whatever else is necessary to assist
the customers of the sales reps they are assisting. -The person

close-knit team of professionals. -Compensation$45,000 a year base
salary plus $1,000.00 Signing Bonus:Some exceptional performers
have doubled their salary with incentives. - - - - - -Business
Development incentives.$10 per appointment scheduled and 4% of
gross margin on new clients generated by the BDP for the first year
of a new customer. - - - - - -Inside Account Manager incentive.2%
of gross margin on each winning quote generated.

15-to-20-minute introductory interview. - - - - - -If both parties
are still interested after the first interview, an hour-long
in-depth interview will be scheduled. - - - - - -The two or three
strongest candidates will do a 4-hour, paid working interview at
CMD headquarters. - - - - - -The working interviews will continue
until we are sure we have the right person for the position and the
candidate is sure that CMD is -the right employer for them. At that
