Production ManagerServProAgawam, MAJob DescriptionFull descriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional cleaning, and disaster restoration professional to help oversee the production personnel and entire day-to-day production operations of our Agawam office. This position is responsible for oversight including hiring, training and review, of all technicians, senior technicians and crew chiefs. The Production Manager is also responsible for the warehouse, equipment, supplies and vehicles. Must be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service with customers and employees, particularly while resolving production, mechanical and scheduling difficulties. Provides assistance to and maintains solid relationships with customers and insurance representatives regarding technical questions and customer service issues, by handling their projects, questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Responsible for the overall on-call service of the branch. This includes participation in the on-call rotation as well as oversight and on-call training of all other production staff.
