Pride's promise is to provide fast & friendly service, to enhance careers, share financial success, and be part of a socially & environmentally responsible company.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer serviceFollows proper food safety and sanitation protocolsEnforces consistent standards following the recipe & procedure bookFacilitates kitchen operations to ensure prompt & efficient food serviceAssist in essential functions of food service crew membersPlaces food orders based on current inventoryDetermines and adjusts build-to pars for each prep itemEnforces accountability regarding crew member performanceTrains new food service crew membersPromote & discuss our Pride Star AppPerform other duties as requestedMaintain a safe, clean, well-lit storeQualifications:Minimum 1 year experience management in the food service industryStrong understanding of food safety & sanitation (ServSafe recommended)Strong understanding of standard food service equipmentStrong communication skills via verbal and written instructionPositive and professional attitudeStrong time management SkillsAbility to resolve conflict & provide fast feedbackAbility to operate a computerized P.O.S. systemAbility to bend, stand, stoop, reach, push, lift, and walk the entire workdayLift up to 15-30 poundsUnderstanding of basic mathRead & Speak EnglishReliable TransportationProvide proper work authorization identification
