Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager/Recertification Specialistto join ourteam in Springfield, MA.In this role, you will be assisting Property Manager with day-to-day operations of several apartment communities.

  Key Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred, but notrequired
  • Knowledge of affordable housing programs and recertifications for Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HUD programs. Required certifications: COS, CPO or C3P.
  • Ability to take responsibility for performance of the community, the well-being of residents and the collaborative success of the team.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all members of the organization
  • Experience with administrative and leasing functions, especially within residential property management
  • Desire to bring your A-game to work every day Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide assistance and support with operations of the apartment community, including leasing, rent collections and oversight of maintenance duties.
    • Perform administrative duties for the leasing/management office.
    • Ensure compliance with HUD and Agency regulations, including preparing income recertifications for residents in a timely and efficient manner. Top- Notch Benefits:
