Job Description:
The Executive Director is the Chief Executive Officer of Helix
Human Services and is responsible for the overall performance of
the agency. The Executive Director is responsible for managing the
day-to-day operations of the agency, as well as developing
long-term strategies for agency growth and development. The
Executive Director provides leadership to the staff and works
closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team.
In addition, s/he serves as the primary representative of Helix
Human Services in the community, and leads the agency in advocacy
efforts. The Executive Director provides vision and strategic
thinking to address the challenges and opportunities facing the
agency.Full time
