Job Summary:Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) has an exciting opportunity within its Contracts Excellence and Transformation organization for Contracts Manager. In this role, you'll lead various aspects of contract transformation by solving critical business problems through data analysis and structure, dashboard design, assisting with robotics process automation, and working with cross-functional agile development teams to implement impactful solutions.You will possess a strong business acumen, advanced working knowledge of database applications and visualization aids, and be able to propose creative solutions to complex problems, while employing sound change management skills. The main responsibility of this role includes briefing senior leadership and supervising lower-level professionals.Qualifications You Must Have:

• BS/BA in Business Analytics or Business Management, or any major related to this job description including but not limited to Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Law, Economics, International Relations/Political Science, Supply Chain Management
• Experience with Microsoft office products (i.e. Word, Excel)
• Experience using data visualization platforms such as Tableau & PowerBI to derive meaningful business insights from data
• US Citizenship Required (U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position requires a security clearance)
• Minimum 8 years of experience or an Advanced degree in a related field with 5 years of experience.Qualifications We Value:

  • Experience in Business Process Management or Six Sigma Process Improvement methodologies

  • Ability and willingness to travel (as appropriate given COVID-19 restrictions)
  • Experience accessing, manipulating, and analyzing data using available technologies (ex. Alteryx, Tableau Prep, etc.)
