Overview
Allied Reliability is seeking a Regional Reliability Engineer for a
resource- and technology-based company that develops, produces and
markets worldwide a broad range of specialty mineral, mineral-based
and synthetic mineral products and related systems and services.--
The Maintenance Reliability Engineer position is responsible for
implementing machinery and process improvements using management of
change best practices while promoting values of a safe,
environmentally compliant workplace, and philosophy of continuous
improvement with the workforce.--

Operational Upgrading:
Qualifications
Education: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering
field with five years of experience (Reliability, Manufacturing, or
Mechanical Engineering preferred).Experience: Experience with
Oracle eAM or similar maintenance management software required.
Proficient with MS Office. Experience with statistical analysis
tools like Minitab. Must have successful experience in one or more
positions requiring leadership and interpersonal skills. Must have
a mature understanding of Operation Excellence, including the use
of Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Standard Work
and Kanban.Must have good technical skills and the ability to
develop the plant processes. Must have excellent written and oral
communication and presentation skills, strong inter-personal
skills, be able to communicate effectively with, to motivate others
and to promote a positive work atmosphere. Must be able to work
effectively with all levels of employees within the company. Must
be a self-starter who seeks responsibility and is able to work with
minimal direction and a willingness to challenge conventional
ideas, to be a flexible, innovative individual and one who can
function effectively in a team format. Ability to read, write,
listen, speak, and understand English. Follow instructions and
other oral / written information. Communicate in a professional
manner, complete paperwork, and enter information into electronic
systems accurately. Work independently and with others. Organized
and detail-oriented. Audit work areas for safety which includes
walking and climbing as necessary. Take initiative, be persistent
to accomplish necessary duties, and be productive without
prompting. Be adaptable / flexible to changing work assignments,
have a high level of integrity, motivate and lead others, have
dependability and self-control to maintain composure, perform
multiple tasks at once, learn and memorize procedures, manage time
effectively and efficiently, meet established deadlines, display a
cooperative demeanor, read, understand and follow all company, job
specific and safety policies / procedures, and attend / use all
required training. Observe employees working and address /report
any concerns. Exercise stop-work authority when hazards are not
mitigated and ask for help when entering unknown
