Areas of Responsibility:

--- Schedule and budget management.

--- Experience with Sage 300/Timberline, On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid preferred.

--- Handling multiple projects ranging from $100,000 to $5,000,000

--- Site visits and quality control.

--- Ability to thrive within highly collaborative and dynamic teams.

--- Cost control and preparation of submittals.

--- Familiar with construction standards and project management principles.
