ICF's Disaster Management Division is growing and currently seeking
an experienced CDBG QA/QC Manager for Disaster Recovery. In this
role you will support ICF in the development and implementation of
a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program to ensure
proper use of federal funds. The ideal candidate will be
self-motivated, able to interface with senior and elected
officials, and able to quickly adapt to meet ambitious timelines
and changing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team providing expert advisory and policy
services for the recovery program
- Assist in creating a vision for quality management and developing
the quality assurance plan
- Lead parallel quality control work streams for multiple
projects
- Provide quality control review and oversight of project
deliverables
- Facilitate workshops and meetings, as appropriate
- Assist with overseeing continuous process improvement for the
program.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quality management in a related
field
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience working with programs funded with HUD's Community
Development Block Grant program
- Experience working in a consulting firm, development
organization, or public agency preferred.

- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication
skills
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
- Ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities and to work
overtime as necessary
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing
administrative support, including ability to exercise good
judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze
situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend
solutions.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in
determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited
to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and
competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location,
education and certifications as well as contract provisions
regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The
pay range for this position is :
$53,200.00 - $90,440.00
