Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:At Mercy Medical Center the Inpatient Care Coordinator unit provides quality care for patients by organizing patient care and treatments in incorporating all members of the care team. - Inpatient Care Coordinator helps patients seamlessly transition from one care area to another. • Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program. - BSN graduate preferred.
• Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.
• Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC). CCM or ACM Certification preferred.Preferred Skills: -
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Case Management, Utilization review, or similar experience preferred.
