Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager III to lead multiple
projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee change management intake requests related to IVR and CRM
system enhancements
Manage multiple projects throughout the full project life cycle,
including planning, execution, and closure
Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders
through presentations and executive summaries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management
experience
Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management
preferred
Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and meetings
