We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.Position Summary - Sr. Director, Topsides:Oversees all activities related to winning, executing and delivery of Offshore Topsides work from Concept to Delivery. The business focus is for the Upstream Offshore sector for Topsides/Facilities with service offerings including - Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Execution. The expectation is to continue to grow and build the business and company reputation, whilst achieving target profit performance for the business.Primary Responsibilities:

• Accountability towards P&L and project performance towards the overall Offshore Energy Business Unit.
• Facilitates sales strategy and execution delivery over long term to continue growth of business and client relationships
• Supports the execution of growth strategy for the Offshore Energy business.
• Identify opportunities to improve gross margin across the business.
• Drive project delivery performance, leveraging GID and Home Office.
• Build and grow customer relationships through strong project delivery, thought leadership, and networking
• Ability to mitigate risks effectively through positive decision making
• Oversight of Project Delivery within the Topsides business
• Mentor and develop PMs and actively participates in team selection/appointment of key resources for all assignmentsQualifications/Skills:
  • Experience/awareness in project delivery and execution across Upstream Offshore projects, from concept to delivery
  • Strong customer relationships
  • Participate with sales on customer engagements to position and win work
  • Strong commercial acumen, ability to handle new concepts and complexity comfortably
  • A transformational mindset with ability to articulate business vision, implement change and process improvement - driving GID delivery models.
  • Solution oriented with the ability to articulate business case for improvement.
  • Achieves results, demonstrates enthusiasm, resilience and helps others to achieve team goals
