About the role:Our Consulting Associate Directors are responsible for high-level project delivery and oversight, along with client relationship management. You will manage teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.What you'll need:

• Experience working with Banking clients
• Expertise in program management, particularly in large-scale modernization and transformation projects
• Proven ability to implement complex strategies and processes effectively
• Knowledge of industry best practices in program management, infrastructure, and data center management
• Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery capacity; sales experience is a plus
• Prior experience in problem-solving roles such as solution/technical architect or analyst preferred
• Experience working with multiple IT solutions
• A track record of leading and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive critical priorities
• Ability to inspire and motivate professionals from technical and non-technical backgrounds
• Commitment to team success and providing constructive feedback when needed
• Demonstrated curiosity and ability to develop solutions and strategies to solve client problems, adapting Gartner frameworks as needed
• Hands-on ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred
• Comfortable influencing and building trust-based relationships with senior executives
• Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement
• High achiever with perseverance, humility, and a positive outlook
• Experience in achieving or exceeding revenue targets is preferred
