Job Description:
Directs analyses - market analysis, customer research, internal
capability and product assessment, competitor intelligence, and
financial analysis/modeling -- of business units. Develops business
strategies. Executes strategic and operational projects. Conducts
primary and secondary research and develops insights into
conclusions. Primary Responsibilities: Works as a management consultant, shaping business units. Defines the scope of strategy consulting projects. Leads and manages work streams and partners with business
leaders to drive successful outcomes. Leads the day-to-day accomplishments and work plans of strategy
consulting projects. Drives the development of insights to create new strategies or
products/services. Develops recommendations for improving business processes. Constructs robust databases to support strategic business
decision making processes. Analyzes data and reports to senior management on current and
long-term trends in the organization's market position and
financial situations -- investments, acquisitions, divestitures,
and economic indicators. Leads the implementation of complex strategic, transformational,
and growth projects. Conducts organizational studies and evaluations. Designs systems and procedures and conducts work simplification
and measurement studies. Prepares operation and procedure manuals to assist management in
operating efficiently and effectively. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Business
Administration, Management, Finance, or a closely related field and
five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years
of experience in the strategic planning and project management of
consumer electronic product go-to-market initiatives. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a
closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the job
offered or three (3) years of experience in the strategic planning
and project management of consumer electronic product go-to-market
initiatives. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) implementing organizational
transformation and growth initiatives -- driving morale of
organizations comprised of personnel from diverse locations,
organizing reoccurring product go-to-market seminars and workshops,
launching programs to instill corporate culture and values across
an organization, and managing end-to-end logistical and operational
needs. DE in strategy development -- performing industry analysis,
product/service evaluation, opportunity identification, operational
improvement, and business case development. DE implementing customer success initiatives -- developing and
delivering materials for customer presentations, developing
materials and conducting trainings to a customer-facing workforce,
building digital platforms to facilitate robust information sharing
between business functions, and enabling successful communications
with end customers. DE in vendor management -- working with external agencies and
contractors to drive success in short-term business programs --
using SAP budget and resource planning tool; and collaborating with
legal and compliance departments to finalize and execute vendor
