Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead, Government Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit Disclosure Statements, Forward Pricing Rate
Proposals, and Incurred Cost Submissions
Research compliance issues and interpret government regulations to
provide recommendations
Interface with DCMA and DCAA on compliance matters and support
related audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a
minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree
with 7 years of experience
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related
experience is required
Experience at a defense contractor or government agency is
preferred
Demonstrated ability to prepare adequate compliance submissions
Ability to interpret and apply CAS, FAR/DFARS regulations
