Job # 20-98 Position: RN Case manager and COVID Resource
Location: Stafford Springs, CT Type: Manufacturing Status: 24 hours
a week contract 3 days a week 2 pm 10 pm some flexibility Remote
with occasional onsite Duties: Telephone clinical triage for COVID
calls. Follow screening and triage guidelines Coordinate testing
supplies Communicate with employees and managers Facilitate return
to work process Requirements: RN licensed in CT Home office set up
