Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as the
Clinical Supervisor in the Opioid Treatment (OTP/MAT) Clinic
program at Behavioral Health Network! This position is great for

Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the Opioid
Treatment Clinic program with the following:
Providing high quality community-based care.
Monitoring individuals' overall health and well-being in their
daily living activities.
Providing clinical support and caseload oversight to OTP
Encouraging the independence, competency, decision-making, and
empowerment of individuals served.
Assisting with all aspects of medication treatment and
Assisting in ensuring that clinical program requirements are met in
accordance with state and federal licensing entities.
This position offers a $5000 sign-on bonus and a $3000 referral
Who are we?
The Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) at Behavioral Health Network is
a Medication Assisted Treatment Program to assist individuals with
an opioid use disorder and are experiencing the dysfunctional
effects of its use to gain and maintain the skills needed to
achieve an opiate-free lifestyle and to improve functioning. BHN's
Springfield OTP uses medication protocols approved by the Medical
Director to ensure patients safely detox from these substances.
These protocols are evidenced based and are implemented through
assessment and re-assessment practices throughout the process.

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?
Independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW) (required).
At least three years of experience in substance abuse treatment
At least one year of supervisory experience providing clinical
supervision to interdisciplinary team (required).
Experience working with substance abuse and dual diagnoses
Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred).
Working knowledge of DPH Bureau of Substance Abuse regulations
Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, and community
integration for individuals served (required).
