Advanced Practitioner
Baystate Health, western Massachusetts' premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School - Baystate, is seeking a Family Physician Assistant to join our organization.
Position Highlights -

• 
  
• Join a well-established and dedicated team of physicians and advanced practitioners providing outpatient innovative and compassionate, comprehensive and community-based care to the inner-city, predominantly Hispanic/Latino community. NACQ patient centered medical home.
  
• Care for a population with complex needs and health disparities with opportunities for community involvement.
  
• Multi-disciplinary team with on-site support from: certified nurse-midwives, behavioral health services, opioid addiction treatment program, HIV medical care and support services, laboratory services, pharmacy, and social services.
  
• Full Time or Part Time hours available. Monday-Friday with light call by phone only.
  
• Opportunity to work in conjunction with the Commonwealth Care Alliance of Massachusetts.

  Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a board certified Physician Assistant with 2 years' experience in a primary care or specialty setting. Strong commitment to working with our underserved community and comfortable with medically complex patients and the ability to function well as part of a medical team is essential. Fluency in medical Spanish is a plus.
