Part Time Shift including every OR every other weekend!
Sugar Hill Assisted Living Community is looking to hire part time LPN (24 hours/week) to work weekends and some rotating evening shifts in our elegant mansion with on-call rotations. Sugar Hill is situated on 19 acres of land. We are the premier choice for elegant, assisted living and senior living -in the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts where three U.S. Presidents and renowned performers have been hosted. -As the mansion was converted to today's use, high quality assisted living; all the gorgeous design and architectural elements of the structure were painstakingly preserved for the enjoyment of our employees, residents, and visitors.

Requirements for LPN:

Possess an -active, unencumbered license -to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts
Possess clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting

Job Duties for LPN:

Take and record vital signs -
Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs
Provide routine care for patients
Observe patients' health
