Job Description:
MissionCare at Holyoke - MMQ Coordinator Nurse (LPN or RN) -
iCare Health Network's MissionCare at Holyoke is hiring for an MMQ
nurse to join our team. This position is a Monday-Friday role with
some flexibilty in working hours. This position requires limited
on-call duties (about every 8-9 weeks for 1 weekend).
Completes Management Minutes Questionnaires (MMQ) on
residents:
On Admission to Medicaid system
Upon conversion to Medicaid system
For Quarterly turnaround Documents
Reviews all pertinent documentation for accuracy and
consistency
Meets regularly with staff to discuss, educate and enforce
documentation requirements.
Assists with Division of Medical Assistance audits.
Prerequisites:
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with current MA
License
One to three years previous experience with case-mix utilization
review
Knowledge of growth and development across the life span
required
