Baystate Health, western Massachusetts' premier healthcare provider and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School - Baystate, is seeking an experienced Ob/Gyn Physician to join our organization.The Medical Director will serve a community in need by improving care delivery, addressing social inequities and injustice, raising quality, championing innovation, being a sponsor and mentor, and meeting the academic mission of research and education through:

• Leading a team of 24 Ob/Gyn Residents and 4 advanced practitioners providing compassionate and comprehensive community-based ambulatory Ob & Gyn care for a diverse patient population with complex needs.
• Representing and advocating for diversity and equity and promoting community engagement and involvement.
• Contributing substantively in Divisional, Departmental, and organizational goal setting and strategies in collaboration with the Division Chief of Ob/Gyn.
• Combination of clinical care and resident, fellow and medical student teaching with faculty appointment at University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate.

• This position is full time and includes in hospital obstetrics and gynecology call on a rotating basis.Wesson Women's Clinic focuses on team-based care and has onsite ultrasound and imagining, integrated multidisciplinary support from Behavioral Health, nutrition and interpreter services and strong support from specialists at Baystate Medical Center.
