If you share our commitment to these values and want to join a team that lives them every day, Root Center might be the perfect fit for you!Position SummaryUnder the administrative and clinical supervision of the Chief Medical Officer (COO in the CMOs absence) through a written supervision agreement, performs various patient care, physician support duties and tasks as required.Salary Starting at $100,000 with a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!Actual pay will be determined based on several factors. These may include education, work experience and in some instances, certifications. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues pay.Essential Functions Provides care services including, but not limited to, initial evaluation, physical examination, medication management, coordinating care with other providers, ordering labs and EKGs and obtaining information on adverse events Provides addiction treatment services and mental health services to patients. Provides continuity of care by arranging follow-up appointments Administers medications Provides assessments and other testing as needed Prepares reports and participates in agency quality assurance activities.Qualification RequirementsCurrent State of Connecticut certification and/or license as a Physician Assistant (P.A.).
