Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: --- 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission). --- Local & travel allowed. Candidates living --- Flu vaccination required after submission. Additional Details: Med/Surg Tele Neuro Brief unit Description (2-3 sentences max): D5A neurosciences is a 37 bed acute neuroscience department that specializes in all thing neuroscience. Although strokes are a main focus within this department, other conditions such as spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, seizures, and spinal/brain lesions are seen here. Cases seen: stroke, spinal epidural abscess, spinal cord injuries, TBI, seizures, brain and spinal surgeries, MS, etc. NIH must be renewed yearly within this department. 1 reference from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
