Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg /
Med-Surg-TeleLocation: Warwick, RIJob Type: Full-Time,
PermanentPayrate: $50- $60/hrAbout Hospital:Our Client Hospital is
a leading healthcare facility located in Warwick, Rhode Island,
known for providing top-quality care and fostering an environment
of growth and support for its nursing staff. We're seeking
experienced Registered Nurses to join our team for night shift
positions in our Med Surg and Med-Surg/Tele units.Key
Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical
or telehealth setting.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
create patient care plans.Monitor and assess patient conditions and
respond accordingly.Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by physicians.Maintain accurate patient records in
compliance with hospital protocols.Qualifications:RN License
required for Rhode Island.6+ months of experience in Med-Surg or 1+
year of experience in Med-Surg/Tele.Local candidates preferred or
willingness to relocate to Rhode Island.What We Offer:$20,000
Sign-On Bonus: Paid in 2 equal installments over 2
