University needs 1 Gastroenterologist locum for a minimum 9-month commitment to start as soon as credentialed. Description of work: Completing screening colonoscopies and some EGDs Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: 7:30am-5pm M-F Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: 730am-5pm M-F On call? If so, what are the call hours? No Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Colonoscopy, Upper Endoscopy Procedures Preferred: N/A Anticipated Procedures/Surgeries per Week: 60 Patient Load: N/A Does the Provider Have Particular Fellowship? Gastroenterology Will You Accept Experience Over Fellowship? No Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): BC Certifications Required? BLS, ACLS, PALS ACLS Is There Additional Surgical Staff? No Is there additional support staff? No Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Working solo in Endoscopy unit that has other attendings and fellows Are there mid levels? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for mid levels? No Trauma Level of Work Location: 1 EMR System? Epic Is the Clinic EMR Different From the Hospital EMR? Yes Endovault for Endoscopy Reporting Expectations of the Physician Culturally? Needs to fit in with the culture of the Endoscopy unit
