Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/26/2026 Duration: 8 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Title: Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights) Glens Falls, NY Description Unit Details: Consist of mainly tele/cardiac patients of Beds in unit: 16 RN to Patient ratio: 4:1 Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric Dress code: any color scrubs Remote Tele Unit MUST be able to follow & comfortably the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies. Requirements MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - [REQUIRED] 3 years experience- [REQUIRED] Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units - [Required] Previous travel experience: [HIGHLY PREFERRED] MUST be able to comfortably follow the Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift Neuro/stroke experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED] Please disclose any previous Glens Falls Hospital (or Albany Med) experience on profile NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
