Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a preeminent leader in home healthcare, is
seeking a Bilingual Home Health Registered Nurse who is fluent in
both English and another language to support our diverse clientele.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing services to
patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring care plans are
executed to promote optimal health outcomes. This position requires
a compassionate professional dedicated to pediatric and adult care,
with a focus on tailored treatment plans that honor the unique
needs of each patient. Conduct initial patient assessments and
create detailed care plans. Administer medications, monitor vital
signs, and provide direct nursing care. Educate patients and their
families on healthcare management and treatment options. Coordinate
with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient
conditions and treatments. Adapt care plans as patient needs evolve
and communicate changes effectively. Respect and respond to the
cultural needs of a diverse patient population. Strong bilingual
communication skills, proficiency in English and at least one other
language. Ability to perform clinical tasks with precision.
Excellent patient management skills and empathy. Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work
autonomously and manage time effectively. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred.
