Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in assigned areas. Assess patient conditions through consistent monitoring and evaluation. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while adhering to hospital policies. Mentor junior nurses and participate in onboarding new staff. Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and progress. Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure best practices in nursing care.
