We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to enhance our Operating Room team. This role requires a dynamic nurse who excels in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment. You will be responsible for managing patient care in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases, providing support to surgical staff, and ensuring adherence to our strict health and safety protocols. Assess patient condition before, during, and after operation, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Administer medications, apply dressings, and monitor post-surgery recovery. Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment is available and functioning. Educate patients and their families on postoperative care and health maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
