Job Description:

currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse III for our
specialized SICU/Neuro ICU unit. This pivotal role requires a
compassionate, skilled, and resilient nursing professional to
manage patient care in a high-acuity setting during night shifts.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and
collaboratively to provide exceptional critical care and support to
patients experiencing severe illnesses and injuries. Provide direct
and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the
SICU and Neuro ICU units. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and quickly respond to
emergencies with appropriate interventions. Educate patients and
their families on treatment plans and ongoing needs for optimal
recovery. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable healthcare
environment. Document patient care services and outcomes while
ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Mentor and supervise junior
nurses and support staff. Advanced proficiency in critical care
nursing procedures Strong ability to operate specialized ICU
equipment Excellent crisis management and decision-making skills
Superb communication and empathetic patient-care abilities Medical

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of New York
Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
